Dangote Cement Plc has maintained a market capitalisation of N7.424 trillion on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) ahead of its proposed N30 per share dividend payout scheduled for June 23, 2025.

Dangote Cement Holds N7.4trn Value as N30 Dividend Approaches

In a regulatory disclosure, the cement giant confirmed that shareholders whose names appear in the company's register by the close of business on June 9 will qualify for the dividend. The payout is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

The proposed dividend is based on the company's 2024 financial year performance.
