First of all let me wish you good mental health and peace on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. People always talk about physical fitness which is right but at the same we need to take care of our mental fitness as well.

If our minds are not well, physical fitness alone will not help.
There are many ways you can take care of your mental fitness and the best one among them is through Meditation. We now see people in the west taking keen interest in meditation which is a gift of Sanatana Dharma to the world. Be it Vedas, Upanishads, Itihaas, Puranas all the scriptures advocate Dhyana or meditation to stay mentally fit, calm and centered.
Meditation is very effortless especially if you learn Sudarshan Kriya, a rhythmic breathing practice cognized by spiritual master Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981 being practiced by over 500 million prople in over 180 countries, that immediately calms the mind, energizes your body and mind and gives you deep peace and sense of lightness.
