Rajasthan govt to issue leases to 30,000 nomadic families

The Rajasthan government is set to distribute leases to over 30,000 families from the nomadic and semi-nomadic communities by February.

This initiative aims to provide new housing opportunities to the people from these communities, as announced by Panchayati Raj and Education Minister Madan Dilawar.
The Minister held a meeting with officials on Sunday to review the progress of the lease distribution program and other initiatives. The Rajasthan government's efforts to improve housing for nomadic communities and enhance the state's green cover are part of a broader initiative to uplift vulnerable sections of society while combating environmental challenges.
