Bery emphasized that the budget aims to tackle the issue of high-quality employment by providing new incentives and opportunities for first-time job market entrants. He addressed a common misconception, stating that while jobs are being created, they often do not meet the expectations of graduates, who may find themselves in roles such as security guards. For instance, companies like L&T have reported 45,000 unfilled engineering positions. This budget seeks to bridge the gap between available talent and job requirements, thereby improving livelihoods.
