NCCF to provide "Jannah Tomato" at Rs 48 per kg amid rising market prices: Anees Joseph Chandra

In response to the recent rise in tomato prices due to adverse weather conditions, the National Cooperative Consumers Federation of India (NCCF) has launched an initiative to provide relief to consumers under its own brand Jannah.
Under the initiative, tomatoes will be sold to consumers in Delhi-NCR at a subsidized rate of Rs 48 per kg through mobile vans from Monday.
The supply, branded as Jannah Tomato, aims to reduce the burden on families facing rising tomato prices.
