Indian Railways: 45 Kalash Yatra special trains running

The purpose of the 'Meri Maati Mera Desh' (MMMD) campaign is to honor the courageous Army soldiers who gave their lives in defense of the country. Rice and holy soil were gathered from homes all throughout the country and meticulously arranged in Amrit Kalash containers as part of this project. These materials would play a vital role in the creation of the 'Amrit Vatika' and the 'Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' memorials at Kartavyapath, near India Gate in New Delhi.
