HC dismisses petition filed against not holding Kota Bar Association elections

Rajasthan High Court has dismissed the petition filed against not holding the elections of Kota Bar Association on December 13.

The court said that the Bar Association had amended its constitution on June 29 and increased the term of the executive from one year to two years and this amendment has not been challenged in the petition.
A single bench of Justice Anoop Dhand gave this order while dismissing the petition filed by Kripa Shankar and others.
