Haryana gets a boost as K2 Infragen funds 2 MW solar project

K2 Infragen Ltd is pleased to announce the development of 2 MW solar plant in Haryana through its associate company M/s Animaus Energy Pvt Ltd.

K2 Infragen Ltd recently acquired 49% stake in Animaus Energy which has already executed Power Purchase Agreement with Haryana Power Purchase Centre at a Tariff of Rs 2.99 per KWh. K2 Infragen Ltd also plans to make M/s Animaus Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary in the future after complying all the regulatory requirements. K2 Infragen Ltd shall also take care of complete development of this 2 Mega watt solar plant in Haryana. K2 Infragen has definite plans to increase renewable energy assets with annuity revenues and diversifying into TBCB model in FY 26-27.
K2 Infragen is looking for aggressive growth of its RE portfolio through mergers & acquisitions and have been exploring multiple avenues in this regard.
