DLF sales bookings double up to Rs 13,316 crore

Realty giant DLF Ltd has witnessed a significant surge in its sales bookings, doubling annually to reach Rs 13,316 crore in the first nine months of the current fiscal year. The remarkable increase is attributed mainly to the robust demand for DLF's luxury housing properties in Gurugram.

In comparison, during the same period in the previous fiscal year, the company's sales bookings amounted to Rs 6,599 crore. DLF aims to surpass its 2022-23 fiscal year sales bookings of a little over Rs 15,000 crore, with the latest quarterly figures marking a more than threefold increase to Rs 9,047 crore. The standout performance in the third quarter of the fiscal year was driven by the sale of 1,113 luxury apartments in Gurugram for a staggering Rs 7,200 crore within just three days of the pre-launch last month.
