Bengaluru student arrested for allegedly raping junior on college campus

A 21-year-old student of BMS College of Engineering in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru, has been arrested for allegedly raping his junior inside a men’s washroom on the college campus, police said on Friday.

The accused, identified as Jenson D'souza, is currently in custody. Harishkumar police station has registered a case and is currently investigating the custody.
The accused, identified as Jeevan Gowda, a fifth-semester student, was arrested by the Hanumanthanagar police on Wednesday and is currently in judicial custody.
