Thesteel city worea vibrant, resplendent hue today as devotees and revelers thronged the city's pujapandals to celebrate Maha Saptami, the seventh day of the Durga Puja festival.
From the early hours, the air was filled with the harmonious confluence of devotional chants, the rhythmic beat of dhak, and the melodious sound of conch shells, creating an atmosphere that resonated with devotion and jubilation.
Major puja venues across the city, including Beldih Kalibari, Circuit House, Aambagan Ground, Manimela (Ramdas Bhatta) and Ram Krishna Mission, Bistupur were abuzz with activity.
Each pandal reflected its unique cultural essence, blending traditional artistry with contemporary grandeur. At Beldih Kalibari, the magnificently adorned idol of Goddess Durga stood in regal splendor, drawing devotees who eagerly offered their prayers and sought blessings. The intricate decorations, dazzling lights, and thematic artistry at the pandal added an ethereal charm, transforming the venue into a visual spectacle that enthralled visitors ofall ages.
