Raincoat snag leads to rider's death in Antipolo road crash

A 22-year-old motorcycle rider died in a head-on collision with a van in Antipolo City on Friday, Sept. 5, after losing control of his motorcycle when the hem of his raincoat got caught in the rear wheel.
