QC electronic billboard panel falls, injures 2

A motorcycle rider and his passenger were injured after a portion of an electronic billboard attached to a condominium building collapsed on the southbound service road of Aurora Boulevard-Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City on Monday morning, Nov. 10.
According to the initial report, the incident occurred around 9 a.m. amid strong winds and rain in the area.
The victim were hit and injured by the falling side panel of the billboard.
