The Philippine National Police (PNP) Taekwondo team made a big impression in the recent 2025 World Police and Fire Games after securing 26 medals —13 gold, 6 silver, and 7 bronze.

Police Chief Master Sergeant Aaron Jayxen C. Banatao was one of the big winners in the event that gathered over 8,700 athletes from more than 70 countries as he reigned in Kyorugi (free sparring).
