MMDA's controversial official stays

Gabriel Go, the controversial official of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) over his clash with a police officer in Quezon City, will remain as head of the agency's Special Operations Group-Strike Force (SOG-SF).

And in order to ensure that his behavior would not be repeated in the future, MMDA chairperson Don Artes said he will subject Go to a five-day training mentorship coaching on traffic management.

He said the training program will focus on leadership, courtesy, and discipline and with special attention on stress and anger management under Edison Nebrija of the MMDA Traffic Education Division.
