DPWH UNCOVERS OVER 100 “GHOST' OR SUBSTANDARD PROJECTS IN 2 WEEKS

Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon revealed on Thursday, Sept. 18, that the agency has received reports of over 100 "ghost" and or "very substandard" projects nationwide within the past two weeks.
Dizon made the disclosure during the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee's ongoing investigation into irregularities in flood control projects, noting that the reports surfaced shortly after he assumed office as the DPWH chief.
