DEVELOPER MAKES EARLY SUBMISSIONS FOR HERSHAM SITE
INITIAL plans to develop Hersham Technology Park have been revealed.
Developers have put forward prospective plans for up to 300 homes on the site in Molesey Road.
Approximately 190 apartments and 110 houses could be built at the site of the former technology office block by new owners, Berkeley Homes. Planning documents reveal the apartment blocks could be up to six storeys tall.
Details of the proposal are not concrete but the developer has submitted a screening request which outlines the potential scheme.
