Farringdon Detached took the honours in the first Wear derby of the Wearside Premier Division season as they claimed a 2-1 win at local rivals Silksworth CW.

Keaton Randhawa grabbed a goal for the hosts as he cancelled out Kevin Humble's earlier opener to ensure the two sides went into halftime on level terms. However, it was Farra that snatched an injury-time win as Callum Brennan kept his composure with a cool finish to give his side the points with 95 minutes on the clock.
