Penny, a public figure with a huge following, saw it fit to twerk for oncoming vehicles, mainly trucks.
Shwa could not help but wonder if such degeneracy is not the effects of absent fathers. Degenerative behaviour among the young ones these days has become synonymous with an absent father figure.
