TYRRELL HATTON says he is playing for Ryder Cup pride in the fourth round of The Open.
The 33-year-old Englishman shot a third-round 68 to stand alongside Rory Mcllroy at eight-under par, six shots behind Scottie Scheffler.
Hatton said: "It's a long way back."
