BMW seized after driver uses stolen disabled badge
A MOTORIST is caught using a vulnerable elderly woman's stolen blue badge before his luxury BMW is seized and impounded.
We watched as the rogue driver, whose SUV was parked in a disabled bay, was confronted by an investigator.
When he clocked our reporter filming, the man held up his hand in a bid to obscure his face and said "No, no, no" before making a swift exit.
It comes after we last week exposed the sickening sale of fake disabled badges in an undercover probe.
More than 2.8 million people rely on blue badges to help those with disabilities or health conditions to park.
