"Being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 made me reevaluate my life and I sought out lifestyle hacks that would improve my overall wellbeing.
"Modern life tells us to work hard and reap the rewards in consumables (buying stuff) and lump sums (the weekends and holidays). This means we live our lives waiting for the next good thing to come along, instead of enjoying every day.
