Retailer in crisis talks demand

EDINBURGH-based vape chain VPZ has written to the health secretary over claims “dozens” of retailers are flouting the disposable vapes ban across Scotland.

It has demanded an urgent meeting with both Holyrood and Westminster chiefs over the June 1 prohibition.

VPZ, which claims it is the UK's largest vape retailer, has long backed the ban but has expressed “deep concern that non-compliant, and high-capacity disposable vapes remain widely available”.
