TONY RALSTON admits Celtic's Roma horror show was UNACCEPTABLE.
And the Hoops fullback insists Wilfried Nancy's side will have no excuses if they don't put things right by lifting the Premier Sports Cup this afternoon.
Celtic got a pre-Hampden jolt as they were given a first-half runaround by the Serie A giants at Parkhead in Thursday's 3-0 Euro rout.
Critics have pointed the finger at the Frenchman's system which he has tried to implement instantly by tearing up the tried-and-tested four at the back for his favoured three.
But Ralston, 27, insists it's on the players and not the shape to get results.
He said: "Regardless of change or anything like that, you're a footballer and you need to adapt.
"We know we must be better. We need to stand up in these games and be better. We can do that.
