CALLUM McGREGOR believes Celtic ace Arne Engels will prove to be an £11million bargain - and has tipped the Belgian to make the Parkhead club a tidy profit in the future.

HE'S BARGAIN IN THE MAKING

The Hoops captain has been impressed by Engels' contribution in his first season at the club.

The 21-year-old - who became the Hoops' most expensive signing ever when he arrived from Augsburg last summer - has been nominated for the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award.

Engels has nine goals and five assists in the league this term and hasn't let the Old Firm pressure get to him.

McGregor is adamant that as he progresses under Brendan Rodgers, no one will mention what Celtic paid for him.

Instead, the skipper thinks he could be yet another big-money sale for the club in the future.
