Get cracking with Easter cake rolling

WE'VE waited along time for Easter week this year as it's later than I ever remember.

It means two things... we've had lovely weather for the school holidays and I speak as someone who spent Easter hols in Lower Largo six years ago when it was -3C.

It also means next term will feel very short especially with the May Day holidays.

But if the good weather continues, it makes these extra days off much easier.
