AYRTON SONKUR bagged the winner as Spartans returned to the top of the table after edging out Elgin 1-0 at Ainslie Park.

The capital city side had not won any of their last five league games.
But the game was wrapped up midway through the second half when Spartans defender Sonkur headed James Craigen's cross home.
Stirling inflicted Clyde's first league defeat since August by winning 2-1 at New Douglas Park. The Binos went ahead thanks to Corey Thomson's opener.
