JOEL WARD has hailed his "incredible journey" as he prepares to bring down the curtain on his 13-year stint at Crystal Palace.
The Palace captain is set to take part in his final match for the south Londoners when Oliver Glasner's FA Cup winners head to Liverpool today. Ward joined Palace in 2012, helping them achieve promotion from the Championship to the top flight.
