WORLD Snooker Tour faced a serious backlash after refusing to refund tickets for Ronnie O'Sullivan's World Championship semi-final.
The Rocket's 17-7 defeat to Zhao Xintong meant there was no live play in yesterday's afternoon session.
Fans had forked out £110 for the cheapest tickets, with the most expensive VIP option costing £600.
