BRUCE MOUAT suffered more Olympic agony as curling gold slipped through his fingers.
In a venue where they once filmed James Bond's A View to a Kill, the Scot was left shaken and stirred at the hands of those damned Canadians.
Mouat is a two-time world champion - but the stark stats show he comes up just a bit short at the Olympics.
Two silvers - alongside Hammy McMillan, Bobby Lammie and Grant Hardie - is no bad return but it will sting. This was the fourth consecutive Olympic medal match he has lost in two Games appearances.
"I am just a bit in shock. We felt like we were probably the better team there," said Mouat.
Brad Jacobs was the Canadian skip 12 years ago when these teams last clashed in an Olympic final.
