NHS Forth Valley will make a bid for a walk-in GP service as part of a Scottish Government pilot that aims to “reduce the 8am rush” to get a doctor’s appointment.

NHS Forth Valley's health board was told the location has not yet been finalised but a bid will be made for the area to host one of 15 pilot walk-in centres that are being backed by £36million of Scottish Government funding.
