Plans for a 59-house development near Cowie Bowling Club have been approved by Stirling Council.

The site extends to approximately 2.6 hectares and is located to the north of Main Street in Cowie.

The Planning Regulation Panel on Tuesday last week agreed to an amendment that there would be an “equitable and consistent approach to developer contributions.
