Celebrated artist returns with major new collection
Stirling Observer
|November 07, 2025
A celebrated artist has launched her first exhibition in over a decade at the Doune Park Gallery.
Senga Murray, a Glasgow School of Art graduate, is widely recognised as one of the country's leading sporting artists.
Over a career spanning nearly 40 years, she has worked with some of Scottish football's biggest football clubs - including Rangers, Celtic, and Aberdeen - as well as the Scottish Football Association.
In recent years, however, Senga has shifted her focus away from the bright lights of the stadium and turned her attention to "The Ainsel': her personal studio space which has spawned various collections of original artwork, including her latest series of oil-on-canvas titled 'Stained Light'.
