Punjab wrestler Chota Gani lifts 5th Talwara Dangal title

Wrestler Chota Gani of Hossiarpur in Punjab lifted 5th Talwara Dangal Title 2024 by defeating Wrestler Sandeep of Jallander in Punjab in the first main bout that lasted for 6 minutes.

Winner Chota Gani was awarded with cash prize of Rs. 31,000 while runner-up Sandeep got cash prize of Rs. 20,000.
Dangal Committee Talwara organized annual Vishal Dangal in association with J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association under the overall supervision of Jagdev Singh (President) and Gain Chand (General Secretary).
Former Joint Secretary J&K State Sports council and President J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma was the chief Guest on the occasion, who gave away cash prizes of Rs. 2,75,000 to the winners and runner-up wrestlers.
Former BDC Chairman Mohd Rafiq, Ex Sarpanch Kewal Singh and Ex. Sarpanch Ravi Kumar were the Guests of Honour.
