IIM Jammu concludes CBP for officials of Finance, Planning & Monitoring Department

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu hosted the valedictory ceremony of the Capacity Building Program (CBP) Batch-4 for officials of the Finance, Planning & Monitoring Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir at Vice Chancellor's Conference Hall, SKUAST Kashmir, Srinagar.

The program was organized under the aegis of the Centre for Innovation and Transformation in Governance (CITAG) and concluded on 12th June 2025. The valedictory ceremony was graced by Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu( Online Mode).
Present on the occasion were Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean, Faculty and Research. Also present on the occasion were Dr: Sanjay Pathak, Chairperson, Executive Education & Consultancy (joining online), along with Program Directors Prof. Ravij Seth, Dr. Guangpuanang Kahmei, and Dr. Garima Maurya.
Dr. Kapil Gumte and Dr. Chinmaya Kumar Swain are also serving as Program Directors for the training program under CITAG.
The Capacity Building Program features 94 participants from officials of the Finance and Planning & Monitoring Department of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. Participants shared their reflections and valuable insights on the training program, highlighting its relevance and impact on their professional roles. In his address, Prof. Sahay, emphasized the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a Viksit Bharat by 2047, stressing the need for well-defined goals and timelines in governance reforms.
