Hit and run by Thar: Absconding Mannan Anand arrested

Police on Wednesday arrested Mannan Anand, the accused in the recent Gandhi Nagar road rage incident, following an intense 72-hour manhunt involving six specially-formed police teams.

Anand, a resident of House No. 62, Sector 4, Nanak Nagar, Jammu, was absconding after allegedly driving a Thar recklessly and injuring a 68-year-old man, who suffered serious head injuries.
