FICCI FLO J&K celebrates Int'l Yoga Day with soulful evening of wellness & healing

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Chapter, under the leadership of Chairperson Arti Chowdhary, organized a special wellness session focused on holistic well-being and inner balance at the prestigious Amar Singh Club, Jammu.

The event brought together members of FICCI FLO JKL and wellness enthusiasts from across the region for an enriching hour of Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Energy Healing, and Aura Scanning. Participants were guided through these practices to deepen their understanding of the ancient science of Yoga and its powerful healing potential. The Yoga session was led by Shelly Kaur Reen, Yoga Expert.
