Focus turns to health and wellbeing

WE hope that you have all been enjoying the recent good weather and taking the chance to spend some time outdoors.

Being out in the natural environment is proven to help with wellbeing both physical and mental.
We are holding a health and well-being event to encourage people affected by cancer to make the most of opportunities to be more active, including being out in the lovely warm weather.
This event will be held at Southport Community Centre on Norwood Road in Southport (formerly All Souls Church) on June 4 from 1.30pm - 3.30pm. We will have speakers from Active Sefton and the Brighter Living Team as well as a talk from our own Cancer Rehab member of staff.
