Usk pile misery on struggling Swansea

USK are the new leaders of the South Wales Premier League.
-
They took over at the top courtesy of a tense three-wicket win at home against struggling Swansea.
The St Helen's side - champions two years ago - are struggling for consistency this summer and this was their fifth defeat in six matches.
Usk have become the surprise packages of the top flight and this victory was their fifth success this term.
Swansea batted first and were immediately in all sorts of trouble as they were reduced to 0-2 in just the second over.
Skipper Tim Moses helped repair some of the damage with a patient 46 and he found support from Mohammed Aazim (33).
But Ben Jones' spell of 5-25 kept Usk firmly in control, with Billy Root and Matthew Williams both chipping in with two wickets as the visitors were all out for 168.
Showers meant Usk were set a target of 140 for victory in 31 overs.
Glamorgan batter Root helped them on their way with a knock of 43, but the game was back in the melting pot when Swansea's bowlers - led by the impressive Aazim who took 4-15 - pegged them back to 104-7.
