Swansea pair hoping for better luck as they go in search of Wyedean glory

SWANSEA rallying duo James Giddings and Aled Davies head into the Forest of Dean this weekend in search of success.

The pair will be in their in their Mitsubishi Lancer E9 for the final round of the Motorsport UK Pirelli Welsh Rally Championship, the Wyedean Stages.
Giddings and Davies endured a dramatic time on the Cambrian Rally in the previous round, with the first special stage cancelled after Minis in their own series went off the forest track and delayed it.
The Mitsubishi then hit a concrete slab halfway through the second stage in Clocaenog Forest near Betws-y-Coed, resulting in a puncture and an understeer into a bale protecting a gate further down the track.
