|October 01, 2025
A GOLF course is selling off its seventh hole - in a move that could leave unsuccessful bidders green with envy.

Seventh heaven? Whitchurch Golf Club's hole 7 is on the market
(SAVILLS)
In a sale which could suit developers to a tee, Whitchurch Golf Club has put the hole on the market with Savills, although the price has not been revealed.
And for those hoping to have a shot at buying the land, it could eventually lead to a home-in-one although the plot does not currently come with planning permission.
Located next to the popular suburb of Rhiwbina, the land is likely to have significant value for development, and is being marketed in that way.
The average house price for the area stands at £397,391, according to Land Registry data, compared to the average figure of £294,747 for Cardiff.
Anyone who is interested will have to submit their expression of interest to the agents by noon on Friday, October 10.
