Ralph Beckett has a very interesting runner in the Cleansing Services Group Novice Stakes at Goodwood in Master Vintner.

A relatively cheap purchase for Irish trainer Andy Oliver at 16,000 guineas, he had one run in Ireland before being bought privately by his current connections and sent to Beckett.
What makes him of interest is that the only time we have seen him on the track, he finished the race a five-length third to the current short-priced St Leger favourite Scandinavia in May.
