Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri will not block Matteo Guendouzi's exit from the club this January amid ongoing speculation linking the midfielder with Sunderland.

The Frenchman has been repeatedly touted as a target for the Black Cats and, earlier this week, La Repubblica claimed that the Premier League newboys had tabled a bid of around £22 million to lure him to Wearside in January.
