Schlemmer leads Vine to big win

SKIPPER Luke Schlemmer led the way with an unbeaten 121 runs as Sevenoaks Vine recorded an emphatic 114 run win over Dartford in the Kent League Championship on Saturday.

Sevenoaks Vine hosted Dartford on a sunny day at the Vine this past weekend.
Losing the toss, Sevenoaks were asked to bat as openers Evert Bekker and Kent CCC opening bat Ben Compton strode to the middle.
Testing early conditions saw the two get the scoreboard ticking before the loss of Compton for 25. Bekker (34) fell shortly after with the score on 69-2.
