TOMATIN has curated a Burns Night whisky lineup of four single malts to elevate each course of a traditional supper celebration.
The collection is described as the ideal way to explore the distillery's distinct house style whilst raising a glass to the Bard.
Among the offerings is a Tomatin 10 Year Old which is suggested as a starter dram. It offers bright notes of lemon sherbet, green apple and gentle sweetness.
Tomatin 10 Year Old has an RRP of £42 and an ABV of 40%.
For the haggis course, Tomatin Double Cask is recommended.
Experts describe the dram which has been matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks as hinting of soft vanilla, baked apple and warming spice.
These flavours are said to pair comfortably alongside the peppery richness of Scotland's national dish.
Tomatin Double Cask has an RRP of £37 and an ABV of 40%. For a dessert match, the warmth and richness of the sherry-led Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is said to be perfect for matching with dessert.
