Katie says: "After a difficult pregnancy with my daughter, we were so delighted for Jenson to arrive safely. He was a ray of sunshine who we all loved so dearly. In his short life he touched so many hearts.
"Devastatingly, at just nine weeks, Jenson passed away suddenly. His cause of death was 'unascertained' which was a difficult thing to deal with - we didn't have any answers and have to accept we never will.
