ALL FOR ONE: Trapanovski with United boss Jim Goodwin

- By Scott Burns

KRISTIJAN TRAPANOVSKI admits the Tannadice League of Nations all have one goal - to put Dundee United back on the European map.

Jim Goodwin’s squad are in Luxembourg looking to build on last week’s 1-0 win, as they seek progress past UNA Strassen and into the next qualifying round of the Europa Conference League.

Goodwin opted to name a starting XI without a homegrown player for the first leg, although several came off the bench, in last week’s Tannadice win.

Trapanovski was one of the foreign contingent and the Macedonian insists every single one of them is driven to do their best in tangerine and black.

The 25-year-old said: “Everyone plays for Dundee United. You don’t play for Moldova or Macedonia, every guy plays for Dundee United, so everyone gives their maximum.

“Yes, here it’s like we feel like we are Scottish. It’s a very good group of players and we don’t see things like that.
