And the Czech winger also faces a potential SFA ban for sparking the Watergate flashpoint on Sunday by squirting his bottle at seated Hoops fans seconds after Hamza Igamane's late goal sealed a 3-2 win.
Team-mate Dujon Sterling could be carpeted too for allegedly branding Celtic's stadium a "s***hole" on Instagram.
Sky Sports cameras captured Cerny spraying water at fans near the dugout as he ran behind interim boss Barry Ferguson while the Rangers bench celebrated Igamane's 88th-minute goal, which secured the three points.
Cops and security staff had to hold back the angry crowd.
