Victoria ‘breaking down’ as fashion losses soared

Designer wept daily after Becks invested millions in her brand

VICTORIA Beckham has revealed her fashion company’s multi-million pound losses left her in a “dark” place, crying before work and struggling to justify husband David’s investments.

Meanwhile, Becks has admitted he feared the business would collapse and — having ploughed millions of his own cash into it — was left “worried”.

Victoria, 51, tells her Netflix documentary series: “I almost lost everything. And that was a dark, dark time.

“I used to cry before I went to work every day, I just felt like a firefighter. We were tens of millions in the red.

“Yes, I’m going home to my husband, but I’m going home to my business partner as well, and so I would talk to him about it. I had to, he was invested, and I absolutely hated it. 1 felt like I was breaking down myself.”
