Trump blasts Scotland over its 'not great economics'

JOHN Swinney's budding bromance with Donald Trump has taken another tanking as the American President blasted Scotland's "not great economics.
He also took aim at both the SNP and Labour UK Government's presumption against new oil and gas fields.
The First Minister has often bragged about his relationship with Trump, highlighting his discussions in the White House and private phone calls with him.
It has been claimed Mr Swinney's numerous meetings with the President have helped in whisky tariff negotiations but no deal has been struck.
Trump has spoken repeatedly about his love for Scotland, with his mother being born on the Isle of Lewis. He has

invested millions in his two golf courses, Turnberry and Menie.
